On Tuesday June 28th, 2016 Professor Watanabe Shogo of Toyo University, Japan invited the teaching monk, Ven. Dr. Chattapong Katipanyayo, from the Meditation Center Tokyo, Japan, to give a lecture on the topic of “Buddhism in Thailand and the Meditation Methods for Lay People” for faculty members and university students at Toyo University.
Most people shy away from suffering and seek after happiness. Unfortunately the happiness that most people find gives only temporary relief from suffering – because it does not reach the roots of suffering or lead to permanent happiness.
On Sunday, August 2nd, 2015 Meditation Class for local was arranged by Wat Phra Dhammakaya Korsør Lystskov. Participate were from youth and adult who interested in meditation practice and frequently came to take part in this program.
I initiated many friends into the practice of Dhammakaya meditation. They asked me why there are so many methods of meditation and why all the traditions claim that their method is the best. I would like to know how I should explain this issue to them.

On Sunday, August 28th, 2016 the Dhammakaya Meditation Center, Scotland hosted the meditation class at 16-17.30pm where there were 22 attendees.
In our daily lives, an array of problems of varying degrees correlating to our family circumstance, profession, education, and responsibilities can arise.
I had a strong feeling that I'd gain a lot of benefits from meditation and what I thought was right. From the very first moments I was there, I felt unbelievable joy and did not feel any worries. Being a part of this meditation program has been such an amazing experience.
